For iOS beta users, WhatsApp has recently added two new capabilities relating to app alerts.
WhatsApp has constantly been on the lookout for ways to improve the overall experience for its users through the release of new upgrades.
Users will be able to see profile images via alerts for the first feature from WhatsApp, and information will be displayed when someone mentions or replies to a person in a WhatsApp group for the second feature.

A few days ago, it was believed that WhatsApp was revamping the Contact Info Page’s user interface and developing a feature that would allow group managers to connect their groups to a community on iOS.
On iOS 15 devices with at least version, 2.22.1.1 beta of the app, the first feature related to profile images in notifications is being rolled out.
Version 22.1.71 of the TestFlight beta Program has been uploaded, according to WABetaInfo, including information about group mentions or comments on the notification.
Users will be able to see the sender’s profile image via the alerts in the 2.22.1.1 beta release for iOS devices.
In the near future, the feature will be made available to a limited number of users, and updates will be published to further enhance it.

These fresh upgrades arrive shortly after that. The new contact page may include a dedicated tab for search shortcuts in the new design.
Users of Android devices should expect this update in the near future, although it is only available to iOS users right now.
