Building 21 and its mysteries are growing increasingly compelling to players of Warzone 2. The most intriguing addition to Infinity Ward is Building 21, which can only be accessed with key cards stolen from the DMZ. Recently added to the MW2 battle royale spin-off, a fresh idea suggests the COD location may be hiding at a site familiar to many Warzone players.
Building 21 in the Warzone 2 DMZ isn’t even in Al Mazrah, in case you didn’t know. The locations of various weapon cases in Building 21 have been discovered by players who have broken into the structure using the Building 21 access card. Where therefore, if not in Al Mazrah, might it be?

The Time Has Come: The Call to Duty The controversial notion put forth by YouTube user “GeekyPastimes” suggests that Building 21 is actually located in Verdansk. Building 21’s designation as a “biohazard lab” coincides with its location within a crater, as shown on a mini-map that briefly appears during the loading process.
However, the crater that GeekyPastimes is theorising about is anything but dull. In fact, the crater in Building 21 may represent the shattered remnants of Verdansk. After a massive zombie attack, we last saw our cherished Verdansk being blown to bits. The YouTuber labels their theory “fan fiction,” but the ominous tone and scientific underpinnings support this interpretation.
It’s one thing to wonder if zombies will return, but their place in the actual Modern Warfare canon is still up for debate. However, would you consider going back to the great drop zone in Verdansk, the Hospital? Join us immediately!
GeekyPastimes not only details his speculation on where Building 21 is located, but also draws attention to a series of inoperative computers that could be used non a later easter egg.
Since the temporary map has been taken down, many players are wondering if and when Building 21 Points of Interest (POI) will be reinstated in Warzone 2 in order to accommodate for the addition of new secrets.
