The OnePlus TV will include a built-in web browser thanks to a partnership between the company and JioPages.
A Chromium engine migration will allow the OnePlus TV to use Reliance Jio’s web browser, JioPages.
For OnePlus TV users, JioPages includes new capabilities like VPN and Secure Mode that allow them to access a wide range of content.
Quicklinks are also available to visitors who wish to browse through the Top Site lists of various categories.
In addition to the standard surfing mode, OnePlus TV users can choose from three more modes:

The Android TV version of JioPages was released in mid-March and has regional language support.
Through a more rapid migration of the Chromium engine, JioPages will bring surfing capabilities to the OnePlus TV.
With this, users may have a “desktop-like experience on the TV screens, paired with better mouse navigation and voice search,” according to the manufacturer.
A built-in ad blocker is also included in the browser.
Internet users will be able to access information from around the world with the help of Reliance’s Web browser, which will have two new features: VPN and Secure Mode.
One-click browsing of the Top Sites in various categories will be available to OnePlus TV users, who can then add their preferred web addresses to a Quicklinks list on their home screen.
Jio-specific apps like JioMart, Jio Cinema, and JioSaavn can also be accessed via quick links.
In addition to Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Gujarati, JioPages offers regional language support.
Standard Mode, Private Mode, and Study Mode are all available for OnePlus TV users to choose from when browsing.
Class-based material curation, subject-specific channel suggestions, and quick access to well-known educational websites are all part of the Study Mode’s offerings.

In March of this year, Jiopages made its Android TV debut. As an update to the JioBrowser for Android users, the JioPages browser has been downloaded more than 10 million times.
In order to make Web browsing on smart TVs easier, the browser contains capabilities such as a dedicated Videos area and a PDF reader.
There’s even an option to download full e-newspapers to read on a bigger screen with JioPages’ News section, which lets smart TV viewers watch trending news in any of the supported languages.
