Insert the USB drive, then use the right-click menu to select “Open Properties” on My Computer (This Computer).
Select Advanced system settings from the Properties Window’s left side.
Click Settings under Performance under the Advance Tab.

On the Advance tab of the Performance Options window that appears.
The Change Button for Virtual Memory should be clicked.
Uncheck the item next to Manage Paging File Size of All Drives Automatically. Then enter the size of your USB drive in the Custom Size section.
Afterward, enter the same value in both boxes and press the Apply button.
Restarting your computer will make the USB drive function as virtual RAM.
