Sitting Posture for Typing
Sit upright and remember to maintain a straight back.
Keep your elbows at the proper angle of flexion.
Face the screen with a slight forward tilt of the head.
Maintain at least 45 to 70 cm between your eyes and the screen.
The shoulder, arm, and wrist muscles should be subjected to little strain. The wrists can reach the surface of the table in front of the keyboard. Never place your weight on your wrists by resting on them.
Home Row Position
