Find out here how to connect your Pixel Watch to your Android device! These guidelines apply in three situations: You’re either pairing a brand-new Pixel Watch for the first time with your phone, re-pairing an already-set-up watch after it’s been unplugged, or setting up your watch to work with an entirely different phone.
Connecting Your Pixel Watch to Your Android Device
Connecting Pixel Watch to an Android phone isn’t as simple as pairing headphones.
Get the Google Pixel Watch app from the Google Play Store. In addition, it is a good time to get the phone and the watch close to one another to ensure a reliable connection. If your phone isn’t already doing so, toggle the Bluetooth function on.
The Bluetooth switch, for instance, can be found in the Pixel’s Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth.
If your Pixel Watch isn’t currently on, you can activate it by pressing and holding the crown for a few seconds.
You Can Set the Watch to Speak Any One of Several Languages

In order to proceed with setting up your new watch, you must do so from the app on your phone, by tapping the Continue button. Please review the following terms and conditions and select “I agree” to continue.
Select the watch from the list that appears on your phone when it has been recognised, and then hit Continue.
Check the Bluetooth pairing code displayed on the phone against the one displayed on the watch, and then either touch Pair or Confirm.
It looks like you’ve successfully connected your Pixel Watch to your mobile device. Once you’ve downloaded the Google Pixel Watch app, you may proceed with the setup process.

Does the Pixel Watch Support De- and Re-Pairing?
By unpairing Pixel Watch from your phone, you can disable all phone connectivity and utilise the watch alone.
If you have the Wi-Fi version, you can monitor your activity and rest, make purchases with Google Pay, and check the weather, among other things. However, you will be unable to access any features of your phone that necessitate connectivity, such as receiving app notifications.
Moreover, once you unpair your Pixel Watch, it will no longer be able to communicate with any phone, including the one it was originally paired with. Unless, of course, you restore it to its original, pristine state. After that, you can pair it with a new phone and use it as a watch.

Do Pixel Watches Support Phones Other than Google’s Own?

Essentially any Android phone will work with the Pixel Watch. The caveat is that it can only connect to a single device at a time. If you want to change the phone that the watch is paired with, or if you accidentally disconnect the watch from your phone and then want to rejoin it, you will need to restore the watch to its original factory settings.
For help resetting your Pixel Watch to factory settings, check out Google’s documentation. If the watch isn’t paired with a phone, you’ll need to use the watch’s own interface to clear the data and start over. Disconnect and reset can be accessed from the System settings menu.
