Getting Out of a Slack Huddle
Simply clicking the huddle icon will cause you to exit the current huddle in Slack.
Simply click the huddle Headphone symbol in the app’s bottom left corner on your computer’s desktop or in your browser. It will turn off the huddle and release you from the group.
When using the mobile app, after selecting the headphones icon, you will see a pop-up menu; from there, choose Leave.

When I Exit a Huddle, What Will Happen?
At any point, anyone in a huddle can leave without disrupting the meeting (even if the person leaving is the one who started the huddle). However, the group hug will end after the final individual disperses.

Options Other than Breaking the Huddle
If you don’t want to leave but also don’t want to participate in the chat, you can mute your mic and/or turn off your video. Use it with the Camera and Microphone buttons on the bottom left of your screen.
