You can utilize iCloud through a web browser to help find the missing device and/or protect your data if you lose your iPhone or believe it could have been stolen.

Set up iCloud – Find My
Visit www.icloud.com/find to locate your devices in iCloud.
Use your iCloud account to sign in.
NOTE: To utilize the Find My app, you must first create an Apple ID and an iCloud account. The stolen or lost device must have the Find My app active. To view all devices in iCloud, each device needs to be configured with the same iCloud account.
Locate Device
View the locations of iOS devices online on a map.
Open www.icloud.com/find.
After providing your Apple ID and password, click Sign In.

Toggle All Devices (top of the screen).

Choose the device you want to find.
If the gadget is connected to the internet, a map showing its location will appear.
If the device is offline, the status will be displayed next to the device name. To get a notification when it’s found, check the Notify me when found box.
Play Sound
You can play a sound on a lost iOS device if it’s nearby and connected to the internet to help you locate it.
Open www.icloud.com/find.
After providing your Apple ID and password, click Sign In.
Toggle All Devices (top of the screen).
Tap the missing gadget.
Click Sound to start. If the missing iOS device is online and connected to the internet, a sound will play.

Lost Mode
Lock an iOS device safely while it’s online and show a personalized message with your phone number. The device’s finder will be able to call the contact number and see the personalized message.
Open www.icloud.com/find.
After providing your Apple ID and password, click Sign In.
Toggle All Devices (top of the screen).
Tap the missing gadget.
Tap Lost Mode.
Keep the following in mind while you follow the on-screen directions:
If your iPhone doesn’t already have one, you will be prompted to do so. This passcode, which is different from your password, is only used when you report a missing device.
Contact Information: If a phone number is requested, provide a number where you can be reached. You might wish to mention that the device is misplaced or how to reach you if you’re prompted to enter a message. On the device’s lock screen, the phone number and message are displayed.

Toggle Activate

Either of the following actions will switch off Lost Mode if you find your lost device:
Put in your passphrase
Turn off Mark as Lost, then press Turn off under Pending or Activated under Mark as Lost in Find My iPhone.
Erase iPhone
Personal information (such as contacts, emails, images, and other data) and settings can be remotely deleted from an iOS device if it is lost or stolen, preventing anyone from accessing or using the data.
Open www.icloud.com/find.
After providing your Apple ID and password, click Sign In.
Toggle All Devices (top of the screen).
Tap the missing gadget.
Tap Erase iPhone.
After reading the warning, select Erase iPhone.
Click Erase after entering the Apple ID and password.
The vanished iOS device’s settings and all personal data have been deleted and cannot be recovered.

Take away iPhone
An iOS device can be taken from the list of Find My iPhone devices if it is no longer in use.
Open www.icloud.com/find.
After providing your Apple ID and password, click Sign In.
Toggle All Devices (top of the screen).
To delete the device, click it.
erase the gadget. (Details can be seen above)
Once more click All Devices.
Choose the appliance to be eliminated
To confirm, click Remove from Account.
The gadget has been completely erased, the Activation Lock has been disabled, and someone else can now activate it.
