BSNL, India’s state-owned telecommunications company, is introducing new incentives to entice customers away from private telecom companies that have recently raised their rates.
BSNL is now offering 5GB of additional data for 30 days to clients who move to BSNL from another telecom provider.
The deal is only good until January 15th, 2022. For the duration of the 30-day period, the free data will be available.

BSNL announced on Twitter that the free 5GB of data would be available for 30 days, or until the current plan’s validity expired.
BSNL asks customers to leave their current service provider and to explain why they are doing so via social media.
To be eligible for the bonus, customers must tweet or post a screenshot of their BSNL bill with the hashtag #SwitchToBSNL and confirmation of their transition to BSNL.
Additionally, BSNL customers will be required to tag the company on social media and follow the company’s social media accounts.
As a result of mobile number portability, users will be required to move to the government operator (MNP). According to BSNL’s terms and conditions, tweets must be accompanied by a screenshot.
The screenshot can also be sent to 9457086024 with the user’s cell phone number in a direct message.
As a side note, BSNL is offering a free 4G SIM until March 2022 and stating that users can transfer their number to another service provider. Until March 31st, 2022, it will distribute free 4G SIM cards.

Kerala Telecom Circles have already received the offer and it is expected to be extended to additional telecom circles in the near future.
Recharging the prepaid plan’s recharge cost is all that is required of those who want to switch from another provider to BSNL.
The validity of the BSNL annual prepaid plan has been extended to January 15. BSNL would extend the validity of its Rs 2399 plan by 90 days, resulting in a total of 455 days of validity.
When it comes to the plan’s features, you get 3GB of data per day, as well as unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS. Eros Now, a music streaming service, and free ringtones are also included.
All telecom circles are eligible for the promotional offer, which expires on January 15, 2022.
