After the Season 20 or C1S1 update earlier this week, Battlegrounds Mobile India gamers have been experiencing some troubles.
The flaws are related to the unicorn-themed costumes, a login reward, UC (in-game currency) purchases, and other aspects of gameplay.
Krafton, a South Korean developer, has acknowledged and is trying to solve the vulnerabilities.
More than 34 million people signed up to play Battlegrounds Mobile India in the first week of its release on July 2.
There was a large update published for Battlegrounds Mobile India on Wednesday that included a slew of new features as well as significant modifications.
Many players expressed their dissatisfaction with the new adjustments. Issues with loading screens occur when players wear Unicorn-themed attire.
A cure for this problem is being developed by Krafton, and players are advised to hold off on using this outfit set until it is finished.
Another problem reported by Battlegrounds Mobile India users was that the Login Day 2’s award for the ‘Bring on the Heat’ event was displayed as a Mission Card (S19) even though Season 19 had already been completed.
The developer has already addressed this issue, and the reward now displays Mission Card (M1) in line with the new season structure.
This was originally an issue. A Mission Card has been issued to anyone who had this problem (M1).
When purchasing the in-game currency “UC” in Battlegrounds Mobile India, some players are obtaining an error message that reads “UC not being claimed intermittently after purchase” when they try to do so.
However, Krafon has advised gamers to contact customer service by going to Settings > Basic > Customer Service in-game.
Some other difficulties have been reported by the developer, including “Not able to claim intermittently rewards from the Daily Special Bundle” and “Moving to an incorrect page while utilizing Supply Medals claimed from Advanced Supplies Crate,” on its tracking page.
New issues reported by Battlegrounds Mobile India players following the 1.5.0 release are included in this post.
It was previously reported that there was no option to enable “Super Smooth” in visual settings, players were unable to alter their controls’ Sprint button, and Mini Ray TV could not be used to access ongoing events.
Two issues have been fixed, however, there are still many more that need to be addressed.
