Today, July 2, marks the day when Battlegrounds Mobile India was shown to the public for the first time in the nation.
Following the Indian government’s decision to prohibit the use of PUBG Mobile, the Battlegrounds Mobile India edition of the game was introduced in September 2020. Up until now, players could play the game through Early Access;
however, the game’s official version has just recently been released, and it can now be downloaded from the Google Play Store by everyone.
The game’s developer, Krafton, has given in-game incentives to users as a way of saying “thank you” for reaching the milestone of 10 million gamers.
The Official Announcement Made by Krafton
Battlegrounds Mobile India has finally been given its go-ahead to make its debut in the country, over a month after Krafton made its news publicly.
The game can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, but there have been no updates regarding its availability on iOS as of yet.
The game may be downloaded via the Google Play Store for those who have not pre-registered for it, while pre-registered gamers will only need to update the game from the store after they have already played it.

Additionally, it is possible that certain players will be unable to locate the update option within the Google Play app. So surf your desktop.
In this section, you will need to select the “Install” option; however, before doing so, you must ensure that you are using the same Google account that is currently connected to your mobile app.
This will update the game by downloading the necessary files; however, it is possible that some in-game material, such as texture packs and maps, will need to be downloaded from within the game itself.

As a way to show appreciation to gamers, Krafton included a new costume in the game called the Constable Set when the game reached the milestone of 10 million downloads.
This outfit is hidden somewhere within the game for you to discover.
The first week of May saw the announcement of Battlegrounds Mobile India, and approximately two weeks later, users of Android devices were given the opportunity to pre-register for the game.
The following day, on June 17, it was introduced to an open beta, which was later followed by a move to Early Access.
Since then, it has been playable, but the iOS version has not yet been released, nor has a date for its release been mentioned.
